Working for Amber Lounge for the past three days was really a great experience. But it was super tiring to be on ure feets for so many hours. Well, i'm glad i'm able to withstand such hardship. Lol.
1st night- Johnnie Walker Night Worked from 6pm to 4am. Hmm. It common to be nervous at the beginning as i'm just a newbie. Have totally no idea how to pop a champagne. hahah. Saw many celebrities for the 1st night. It's so sad when we're not allowed to get their autographs or rather a photo taken with them. Wasted hah. Hmm. But well, everything went smoothly for me though there's just a few touchy touchy stuffs. Cos they're all invited guests so image are important for them. Ended work and there was transport arranged for us. So it was rather a breeze. (:
2nd night One word -Horrendous. Kinda traumatised after that incident. Thinking that they're not invited guests so they can just touch you like nobody's business hah. Stupid guest. If it's not for the company, you would have already received a tight slap from me. Don't wanna describe further. And i think it's god's will that i lost the tip. I don't wanna have dirty money hah. Leg was super duper aching for the 2nd night. Can't even walk properly seriously. Left the hotel with Jocelyn, Baizurah and Xin ni. No transport arranged for us, thus 4 of us made our way thru to get to the mrt. Looking for ways there, up and down the escalators. Did loads of funny stuffs like walking barefooted and running thru Citylink. It was soooo cool man. Eyes were all on our tweeny weeny feets and we just didn't care much. Just enjoying and not minding about our image. Well, i think it's seriously madness but i like it! Hee.
3rd night Due to the previous night, many of them couldn't take it. Falling ill and stuffs. Among 14 of us, 6 didn't turn up then. Worked from 9pm to 6.30am. The last night was good, no difficulties. Just that it seemed like my leg is gonna break down anytime. Numb and popping veins on my foot. Lol. My managers and others kept emphasising on my tables. Asking me to be alert cos it's top VIPs. Needed extra people to assist me. Lol. Hearing that made me frightened you know. hahah. Anyway it wasn't as tough, polite and friendly guests afterall. Lewis Hamilton kept walking about here and there. Lol. Many F1 drivers turned up too. This guest broke a glass and i went to clear the pieces and i didn't noticed my fingers was bleeding till i wanted to pour champagne for my guest. I shone the torch and i realised that the cloth has got blood stains and i'm bleeding! hahah. Small injuries though. Expected some small celebration after the whole event, but there wasn't any. Kinda sad hah. But overall, I'm sooo glad that i managed to breeze thru this 3 days. It's a learning experience though. I just came home not long ago from work and i'm just blogging right here. Alright i'm gonna enjoy a long long sleep later. ((:
Yeap i really had fun with the girls. Loads of crapping and gossiping hah. But i'm thankful i've nice friends ard me to make my life at work better and livelier. We're TOGETHER ya! hahah. Got to know more friends from TCC, Shatec and Conrad too. Nice people. :p
